Post-launch & 90-day Checkpoint

Audit scanners change criteria. AI vendors change crawl behaviour. Citation tooling adds and removes features. The cadence keeps client sites tracking the moving target.

  • Daily audit scan against the Framix scorecard; monthly digest to client.
  • Content-freshness scan: flag posts older than 12 months.
  • AI-referrer traffic summary, segmented by ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, OAI-SearchBot.
  • IsItAgentReady score tracking; alert on any check regression.
  • Cloudflare AI Crawl Control summary (if zone is on Cloudflare).
  • Full 5-pillar scorecard reviewed with client.
  • Citation Share of Voice report against named competitors.
  • Content backlog refreshed from audit findings.
  • Standards review — any RFC, SEP, or vendor-spec change rolls into plugins within 30 days of publication.
  • Feature-flag registry reviewed: which emerging specs to keep on, which to roll forward, which to drop.

If any of the following are true at day 90, the engagement’s Phase 3 (capability protocols, MCP, agent skills, commerce) is cancelled for that property and budget redirects to Pillar 3 content work.
